Poor customer service!

I was told by a receptionist to be at the dental office by 7:30 in the morning I got there on time we were made to stand outside the dental office opens up at 8:00 a.m. we were made to stand outside until well after 8:30 they were only calling and two patients at a time it was about 37° outside I'm being told I was set an appointment to get my tooth pulled. I have to have a root canal plus I have a cracked tooth split in half and I'm supposed to have that one pulled as well I was unable to receive my medication when I went to go get my prescription field that the dental office had given me I am on Medicaid I'm being told the day of my appointment that I have been dismissed from the dental office I'm being told that I was rude and because I left a negative review on Google that they do not feel comfortable seeing me I recorded the conversations that I'm having with the receptionist because clearly the receptionist is calling the shots there not the doctor not the managers not the supervisors not the dental not the dentist and this is my complaint with 24/7 dental on colerain avenue and Cincinnati Ohio. I would like someone to show some professionalism the receptionist is out of line she's out of order she's unprofessional and I have to suffer because they feel like they have the upper hand to deny me dental Care where is my due process and they took an oath to do no harm so I would really like to sue them because right now my health is at stake and so is my mouth.
