Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I continually treated arrogantly and terrible service with a specific server

it is Wednesday,10/06/2021 approx 3;30pm. I am a regular customer and enjoy your establishment, service is basically good with most of your servers. I continually treated arrogantly and terrible service with a specific server. I asked her for her name and refused to tell me, asked me why. She is too busy messing with her regulars. She is terrible. I have several friends I directed to your bar that will not go back. they cannot stand her attitude and service, arrogant and self-centered. justina, and sydney, mgr, and nite crew, a tall male, top of the line. mgr has been more open and fair, and not wrapped up with his clique, recently. but, your 3pm-4pm shift server thinks she owns the place and of course will have a defense and verbal words about my complaint. this sever, even with your mgrs backing of this sever are out right lies. they have a bad reputation among 1/2 dozen associates of mine. you should talk to the mgr/and server to improve their attitude. 1,000,000 reasons why she behaves
