I feel how I was treated was uncalled for and I am owed a apology!

I received a letter from my dentist excusing me from their services. They stated I had a appointment and was a no call no show. I never even made a appointment with them I was trying to explain to them I was unaware of the appointment as the gentleman was becoming very hostile and rude (Hector C. Jackson) was his name. I was letting him know he was making me feel uncomfortable he calls me sweetie and then hangs up on me. I call back to speak with someone hire than him he again hangs up on me then says he will call the police for harassment. I feel that is NO way to handle a customer or run a business. I am real upset for I have been going to this dentist for many years.
