Learn to speak & understand English since they operate in a neighborhood where English is our 1st language.

Tuesday, September 14, 2021, approx. 6:00 PM, I visited a 7-11 Store located at 4910 Silver Hill Rd., Suitland, MD 20746. I was searching for a UPS Drop off. I asked an employee if they had a drop-off box in the store. The employee had no idea what I was talking about. At that time I realized he barely understood English or spoke English. There was a line of customers in line at the register in the store who let me know the employees barely understood English or understood them. this particular neighborhood is predominately African-American. It was insulting to me that they can run a business in this neighborhood and are not required to speak English?
