Well let's see I applied for a job although I already had a job, but I was looking for a better one. The owner Scott Smiley called me on the phone and told me to come in he would give me a try. So I went in and worked the whole day with him on a Friday. Throughout the day he had told me that we would be starting a painting and sheetrock job on Monday. Also he told me he would bring paper work for me to fill out for direct deposit so I took that as I had the job as anyone would. So I left the current job I had to go to work for him full time. I texted him Monday morning and that is when he told me he hadn't made his final decision, he had more people to try out. I have a 2 year old with who depends on me to have a job. So needless to say I don't have a job anymore because he made it seem that I had the job. Now what am I suppose to do. He should compensate me somehow either let me have the job is what he should do.
