Poor customer service!!

I have a serious complaint about one of your employees at the 99 cent store on El Camino and Howell she continues to harass me she told me don't pick up anything that I cannot afford. I've already made a complaint four or five months ago and they're still harassing me so I need someone to contact me immediately the security guards harassing me I spend lots of money in your store to be harassed I cannot accept that so something needs to be done immediately please call me thank you for your time just really really bothering me because I should not have to be harassed from anyone. Every time I come to the store they harass me security and this young lady her name is Adana. She should not be dealing with the public customers cuz she doesn't know how to treat the customer with respect.
