When he finally appeared after Dee's Nedra Russo's services yesterday; telling me our tribute must be removed immediately and weren't we "taking her with us". This was a preplanned with him, and he coldly reviewed the information without any condolences to her son and granddaughter. He was sent the obituary which they used the wrong pictures for and was quite confusing and said in front of the child when presented with the tin she choose: she won't fit in there! Without a solution. In every document it was stated he was to bury her remains with her husband at the VA cemetery. When he finally approached me; another cousin's husband saw my eyes flash! Recognizing "the look" he stood behind me for backup without my knowledge. I told Jan Maloff that I was sorry he wasn't feeling well but in that case he should delegate to his lovely staff. Whom I'd advised to bring all the remains to the burial, and had to tell them how to package them. Then I reminded him him of his lack of condolences. He relied GO TAKE YOUR MEDS!
