Any other manager would have apologized and took my vehicle! I've taken every vehicle I owned there in the past with no issues ever!

I called the above business twice to schedule tinting on my vehicle, both times I called I was told to drop off my vehicle at 10:45-11:00am.. I went to my appointment this morning at approximately 10:35am and was told my the manager (Mike) that I was supposed to be there at 9:00am and that he was sorry but I was misinformed. I told him again that I was told the same time twice and he refused to take my car after I told him I drove 45 minutes there! Then stated I was rude because I was upset! Any other manager would have apologized and took my vehicle! I've taken every vehicle I owned there in the past with no issues ever! Accommodate the customer and get a new manager!
