She is currently doing business as A Silver Spoon Enterprises which purchased the name, phone number, and lease from the past business. It appears that A Silver Spoon Enterprises engages in the same business as A Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc. A Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc. complaints allege dissatisfaction with services received, failure to provide assistance and return phone calls. In one case, the complainant alleged birth mothers that were selected never showed up, or changed their minds. In another case, the complainant alleged the company contracted with a birth mother for their baby, and failed to successfully match another birth mother. The company responded to one complaint by stating services were provided and denying the refund based on advertising expenses and they responded to the other complaint by pursuing legal action.
