In June 2012, the California Bureau of Real Estate (“BRE”) filed a Complaint against Michael William Overhoff (“Michael”) and Bernard Fredrick Overhoff (“Bernard). Based on the investigation the BRE determined that Michael and Bernard had engaged in acts or practices in violation of California Business and Professions codes during a time when AAA Property Management,Inc. was not licensed by the BRE. The violations include, but were not limited to;

Unlicensed real estate activity of respondent(s) Michael and Bernard’s trust fund violations, constructive fraud and unlicensed activities.

In August 2013, Bernard petitioned for voluntary surrender of his real estate license, which was accepted by the BRE and effective on October 21, 2013.
