Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The best

Sun Solar exceeded my expectations. After meeting with representatives of other “well known” companies, I found out that they really didn’t know much of what they were talking about, while meeting with Kobi from Sun Solar, not only did he know what he was talking about but he was completely prepared to present his product and services. During the process and in dealing with the city of San Diego, which is not an easy task, all of the staff including Debra were very helpful and had a lot of patience while explaining this lengthy process. Sun Solar staff completed the work in a timely manner and I had them install solar panels in a second home.
