Be more aware of the way they treat the people who are grieving their family member and if you tell them one thing then you should follow through.

I contacted them to cremate my mom and have 2 death certificates made for my files. They have been very unprofessional from the first day. On the first day I did all the paper work with a man name Graig and the next day after they had charged my credit card. I called and Shawn the owner told me he had fired him. Anyway my whole experience with Shawn has been terrible he is very insensitive to the fact I just lost my mom also he told me I had to make an appointment to pick up her ashes. Then when my brother gets there he tells him he does not have the death certificates but gives him the ashes and tells him he will mail him the death certificates. I want people to know his service is terrible and he should never be in that type of business he is very disrespectful. I was under the impression that when we picked up her remains the we would have the death certificates also. I have buried a few members of my family but never did I experience this kind of disrespect. Be more aware of the way they treat the people who are grieving their family member and if you tell them one thing then you should follow through. It's a hard enough time to lose a family member and even harder if you are treated badly by someone who is in the business of helping you through a tough time.
