Unpleasant experience all around, thanks to the owner, Harold

I have dealt with this company for years. The owner, Harold is extremely annoying to deal with. He takes forever to order parts and to make appointments and give you prices. He claims he is very busy, but in my experience, when he is in the presence of a customer, he talks incessantly about his own medical problems. He is entirely insensitive to the fact that he is there, walking, while everyone who uses his facility is someone who cannot walk. He bases his prices on how much money you earn, which is utterly appalling. For example, I am a physician, and he wanted to charge me the same amount for servicing per hour that he thinks I earn per hour. He came right out and said this to me. The only saving grace in that facility is the service man, Darrell. Unfortunately, Harold makes sure that no one has direct access to even ask Darrell a question. Fortunately for me, living in Los Angeles, I have choices of multiple other facilities to get products, and servicing. I recommend avoiding Ability Advantage entirely. I am through with them.
