Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. They make empty promises.

The owner, Maurice, approached me while I was looking @ pavers at his supplier, & he wanted to install the pavers, offering a low price. He promised it would look attractive & he got me excited about the job. He came down once and the second time he brought me an installer, to put in a completely different product, plastic instead of stone, which I declined because I wanted stone. He made an appointment to return, and never returned. I called & he never returned the call. In reliance on dealing with him, I was forced to call a different stone installer, telling him I'd get back to him. After calling & getting no response, I called the second guy who told me he became busy. Now I have nothing & it is getting too close to fall to move forward on the job. It is a shame people would take customers for an empty ride. Stop making empty promises. Had I known this is a scam I would have connected timely with another company & gotten my job done. My experience with this man was poor and disappointing.
