Acai Joint

Poor customer service!!

I went to this place on Aug 4th and after receiving my acai bowl, I sat down and started eating, midway though my bowl the store was playing loud music over the speakers and on three different occasions throughout the song being played used the N word, I was pretty surprised that the store would be playing the explicit version instead of the radio version and I was disgusted at hearing that word while eating, as a Black man I don't use that word and I definitely don't like to be called it or want to hear it in a business while trying to enjoy my acai bowl, I informed the staff of what happened and they seemed concerned, I asked to speak with the manager or owner and expressed to her what happened and informed her I would never be dining at her business again, she gave me a standard apology and seem quick to get me off the phone, I felt unsafe being in that environment. I just wanted the owner to have some sympathy for what happened and maybe commit to doing some training with her employees.
