Currently reside 14*** Kornblum ave apt***, Constant mold in bathroom for years, finally got someone came out to inspect after I contacted the health department. Property management had maintenance come to my unit, they only painted over the mold and now I have mushrooms sprouting from my bathtub. Why should I still be obligated to pay rent living in hazardous conditions. Have photos time stamped for proof. Resolution Sought Repair issue and dismiss rental collection until completed.

Company states: We made the necessary repairs, replaced the bathroom sink, caulked around tub, repaired shower leeks, a replaced the whole cabinet, ordered shower doors which should be in sometime this week. We checked for mold, but none was found. We did another inspection on January 19, 2023 and not issue were found. We tried to make payment arrangements with the tenant.
