if i could give them no starts i would

one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with, rude representatives don't do their jobs causing you to have to waste time on the phone going over the same information you already gave them, very unprofessional,they won't work with you, they harass with emails, text messages, phone calls including at work even after you asked them not to contact you. To be honest with you I feel this company preys on people that are credit challenged, I have finance 3 vehicles in the last 10 years and never have I been treat this way. If you have other options I suggest you stay away from them.
