We advise careful evaluation of the company's technical assistance, servicing, and refund and exchange policies prior to ordering products. Find out if warranty work would be performed locally at a service center, or shipped back to the seller for repair. The FTC's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered merchandise unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to send a written notification to the buyer advising them of the delay, and giving the option of waiting or having their money refunded within seven days. Credit card payments must be refunded within one billing cycle. If you have paid by credit card, not received your order, and 30 days have past, we suggest you dispute the charge immediately with your card issuer. Most credit card companies allow 60 days to dispute a charge. One that time period has past, you may be unable to re-coveryour money.
