Comments and Analysis

This company sells golf clubs by allowing recipients to test the clubs without obligation for a period of 30 days. Customers are asked to pay a deposit on a major credit card prior to receiving the clubs. During the current three year reporting period, no complaints have been brought to our attention. By law, consumers have 60 days from the billing date to dispute the charge with the credit card company. After the 60 day period, a charge cannot be reversed unless the seller consents. If the order is cancelled, we suggest that the product be returned in sufficient time to permit a credit card dispute to be filed.
