Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excellent experience

Graffco Inc. had an excellent experience with Active Innovations. We had an outdated Goldmine program and Mr. Florentz was able to bring us currently in a short amount of time so there was minimal downtime for our sales staff. Active Innovations also coordinated with our cloud-based computer company to get all of our software programs working in a compatible manner with the updated program.
