Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Best Thieves getaway

Please, Please don't fall for this Best Value Getaways, they promise so many discounts and they only still your money. they don't give you discounts, you get better discounts doing it on your own... we Paid $2000.00 and we did not get nothing in returned we sacrifice that money out of our retirement. we were planning to take our family on a nice vacation. but every time I would search they were way expensive! one of the times they sent me a price discount for a trip for 4 to cancun for 16,000.00 than I search the web on my own and found same time and same place for 6,000.00 all inclusive... They ripped us off with 2,000.00. Please don't fall for scums they will rip you off... I have documentation to prove that I didn't get nothing for that money! and to top it off, they kept calling me to renew a contract?! when they promised that it was a life savings! that we did not have to pay any more money and we would get the best prices,. they even promised us a trip for 2, and a $100.00 visa for attending the so called meeting.. you just don't know how bad I hate myself for falling out to these thieves/scums at BEST VALUE GETAWAYS... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T FALL FOR IT... IF YOU RECEIVE A CARD FROM THEM, DESTROY IT.. DON'T LISTEN...
