Miserable owner

Extremely unprofessional rude and arrogant. I called him to get his advice and help to split our two acres. I am not sure it is poor command of English or he is outright nut case, he accused me of trying to get free opinion without getting my name and brief scope of tentative work. He started yelling at me and start calling me names he called me an a....hole and m....f and hung up on me. To me this is a red flag of incompetence, ill manners and poor professionalism.
