BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Of the complaints we have received against this company in at least some cases the complaint allegations are very serious.~ Complainants allege birth mothers are not provided difficulty obtaining refunds when services are not provided as agreed and the company fails to disburse the full amount of funds wired for the birth mothers expenses. Complainants also allege failure to conduct background verification or birth mothers non disclosure of pertinent information relating to the birth parent (ie previous drug use criminal fraud background etc) failure to provide receipts for expenses the company claims are paid and calls or emails are not returned or responded to.~~The company responds to some complaints by stating they will issue partial refunds or denying refund requests. In response to some complaints alleging the company does not disburse full funds to the birth mothers for expenses the company responds by stating the funds are broken up to cover the birth mothers expenses over time not all at once and upon disbursement of the final check customers are sent a receipt. In some cases the company denies refunds claiming the adoptive parents breached the contract or promising to provide services for another adoption when adoptions do not go through.
