Disappointed

Adult Customized Tours aka A.C.T is not an honest company to deal with. We booked an international cruise/air with ACT which was canceled due to Covid. I was told by the owner (Steve) on 4/23/20 I would get my Airfare refunded in 7-14 days on 5/14/20 few more weeks 6/11/20 2-3 weeks. Since I couldn't get an honest answer I called United Spoke to supervisor Patrick who informed me our reservation was refunded in full on 5/11/20. Knowing this I emailed ACT/Owner he replies to my email that I'm desperate or low on funds and I can go to arbitration for my money. I never threatened or mentioned suing. I was frustrated and tired of his dishonesty is what I said in my email. I find it a disgusting thing to say as an owner and not to mention the pandemic. I finally got a check for our airfare refund on 6/28/20. The cruise portion is a whole neither story. If you choose to use this company I highly recommended All communication is in email as ACT/owner will twist his stories
