ZERO stars

This is a one person business. "Andrew" is the only person that is working here and the address is a UPS store. He said to me that he only has a ups store box because he can't receive all the payments at his "business" and then UPS send his mail to his building. He NEVER returns calls, won't come and get the vehicle or send the title back. You have to let the government know about this fraudulent business. He has inflated 100 time what people owe and said it was just to get you call.....Um..you have my number why wouldn't you just call! He is a fraudster and something will be done about this crook.
