Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. poor management

clinic manager has a very condecending tone and attitude; extremely disorganized, irresponsible, responsive and unaccomidating. clinic managerment has no sensativity or even awareness of disability issues (would anyone need to seek out these services if they are perfect?)
