life is so hard and for someone to make it harder is just sick in my world and cause me so much pain ugh

The secretary in this business caused me to lose my place on waiting list to have my teeth fixed because I didn't go to a oral surgeon and have all my teeth taken out at once like 21 teeth and they are mine and don't need them pulled there's nothing wrong with them except 2 lose teeth that I need immediate attention to because I have been trying to get her to send me a release by email to sign to get my x-rays and she WOULD NOT DO IT!! For 7 months I have been terrified that I would lose one and swallow it and they hurt really bad when I try to eat and she would even put me on hold on the phone so I couldn't speak to anyone else until it would hang up on me ugh plus I don't have a car so I had to pay someone to take me to sign release and she had the door locked at 4:02 pm and caused alot of drama and almost a break up for a friend of mine then went back last Thursday and it was 3:52 and door locked again I called and voicemail so while I was leaving message she calls me and says she sent it to my email yesterday hum I look at my email but I'm already saying no way to myself and then I said no.you didn't I just looked and she goes what's that email address but I thought she sent it yesterday then WHY did she ask me for my email address omg so I looked yesterday to see if anything was in my email and she actually sent my x-rays to me wow life is so hard and for someone to make it harder is just sick in my world and cause me so much pain ugh
