Business needs to be notified about professionalism

I have been going to this office over the last few years and haven't had a problem until recently. The girls that work in the front office harassed me and hung up on me multiple times when I was trying to call back several times to assure our paperwork would be transferred to the new eye center I set up for my family. The girls upfront refused to let me discuss my complaint with the owner Todd Norwell. This office also discusses personal information with people that are unauthorized parties on there account. I have picked up my husband's glasses every single time with out him being there as well as made all his appointments over the last 5 years and have proof of that, and now they're telling me I was never authorized to do any of that yet they allow this behavior over many years when it best suits them. I was hung up on for no reason I was not swearing or being disrespectful and the young girls hung up on me three times. Extremely unprofessional and I will be talking to a lawyer about the many times they allowed other people to handle my husband's account without being properly verified.
