Complainants allege high pressure sales tactics bait and switch overcharges and shoddy workmanship. Most customers complain they agree to have air ducts and dryer vents cleaned for a charge of $49.95; however final invoices are billed for additional amounts which in some cases are allegedly unauthorized by the customer.
