AIT lost my package twice into months

I ordered a basketball goal Black Friday, November 26, for my sons Christmas. I started contacting them around December 11 to check on status. They said they would put a trace on package and it may take 72 hours. I would contact them daily after the 72 hours and get some run around. Finally around Christmas they said it was lost. So December 26, I contacted Dicks Sporting Goods that AIT Logistics lost my package and to send another one. I started contacting them around January 14 to see about delivery and I got the same run around as before. Guess what, AIT Logistics contacted me yesterday and said it was lost. All they said was sorry, contact your vendor for refund or replacement. i wanted this basketball goal for my kids and now basketball season is almost over. We are talking about two large packages weighing hundreds of pounds, how do you lose that twice, maybe one time but two times. Unacceptable !!!!
