Bring attention to the poor service of the owner

I normally don't judge a person or place on word of mouth. That being said, my wife and I have shopped here from time to time in the past. Never have we had a problem. Wishing always to be and appear professional. I needed to buy 3 uniform shirts and 3 uniform pants and I added a knit cap to my order. I requested that my name and badge number be stitched on the back of the knit cap. All paid for in advance due to tailoring. Upon pick up, I was not satisfied with the embroidery on the knit cap. There was no spacing between my name and badge number. It was agreed, due to my dissatisfaction, that the stitching of my badge number would be removed and restitched with proper spacing. I agreed, problem solved. I would come back in two days for pickup. Well the next day I received a call from the store informing me that I would have to take the cap as is and that it looked fine to the person on the phone. I stated to the person on the phone. That I could not believe that after I had spent almost $400 dollars that this could be a problem. Not wishing to go back and forth with an employee I requested to speak with the manager. To my amazement the person on the phone informed me that she was Susan, the owner. "The cap looked good to her and that it was mine" being that I had paid for it.
