Found out that it was a sharp piece of plastic in my pizza.

On the 15th of this month, I purchased a pizza that had what I presumed was glass in it. Found out that it was a sharp piece of plastic. It had been in under the cheese and when I bit into my pizza, it cut my tongue. I called to speak with the manager who was not working, so I left a message for him to get back to me. Two days go by, so I called again explaining that it was very important that he reach me. I left text messages and voice messages, but he did not contact me. Finally he called on Sunday the 23. I explained what happened, but he did not take me seriously. I then told him sense he did not want to deal with this matter, I would contact the Bbb with a complaint. He said to do what I gotta do, and good luck. I did not want to complain, but this is a serious matter. The teenagers he leaves to run his business, are always horseing around, pushing each other, and acting very unprofessional, when I enter this establishment. They need adult supervision. The manager stated that there was no glass on the premises so I looked at the piece I thought was glass, and in fact it is a sharp clear piece of plastic, not glass, as I first supposed it was. But it was still on my pizza when I took a bite!
