I ordered a pizza to be picked up and the order was wrong

I ordered a pizza to be picked up and the order was wrong. I asked to talk to a manager because this is the 4th time this happens. The manager was the one who was getting the pizza for me and told the cook it was we wrong and she tells me I'm going to have to wait for them to make me the right pizza I tell her this is not the first time this happens and all she said was sorry so I asked to talk to the owner. The manager calls the owner from her cell and the owner tells me I can either get a credit for another time or just wait to have the right pizza done. This is not the first time this happens this is the 4th time this happens. I don't want anything I I just want to say that it is pretty sad for the owner to just apologize and tell me I have 2 options either get a credit for next time or wait until they make the pizza I ordered.
