Today, September 11, 2023, received a bill in the mail with statement "past due" for $13.66. I never received this bill in the past. Called care team and spoke with "Diamond." She was the most ignorant and disrespectful person I have ever talked to. She could not give me any information on why this bill is listed as past due other than to say that my insurance sent an updated Explanation of Benefits dated August 2, 2023 advising that my out-of-pocket amount had increased. It is absolutely disgusting that I received a past-due notice when I have never received this bill before today's date. Allegheny Health Network is one of the worst providers for billing and service that I have ever dealt with. Resolution Sought Apology from AHN for the disgusting service which their care team provides as well as a complete explanation as to why I just received this bill today (apparently 5 months past due). How dare they expect me to pay a bill that I never received.

I was treated like a criminal at my appointment yesterday at Dr Radkowski's office in the Waterfront. At my previous appointment I tried to provide the correct 1st party medical claims info to your receptionist. I had an email from my lawyer that I provided. She huffed and puffed and gave me a hard time. Went and got a manager who told me the same thing and that my insurance(Grange) would subrogate with the other Progressive. I was injured in an auto accident while riding in a ride share service (Lyft). In past couple years PA state law has changed to the effect that ride share companies pick up your 1st party if injured. My lawyer just found this out as well. Last week o was sent to collections by AHN for this matter. Fast forward to yesterday. I got a different receptionist and 1st thing she asked about was the billing as I checked in. I explained everything to her and handed her my phone with the email from my lawyer Craig Frischman. As we're discussing this, the receptionist from last time butts in and says he gave me a hard time last time. I already told him we don't bill 3rd parties. I explained to her once again she was wrong and that I'm dealing with this lady now. She again aggressively starts bantering with me and runs to the back. She starts pointing at me and telling another blonde (who btw did not have a mask on as well as 3 other women in the back) I'm causing problems again. She runs up and starts yelling at me and slammed the metal grates down and called cops Resolution Sought I demand an apology. I'm in constant pain and now missed this important appointment and have to find another orthopedic. This woman lied and embarrassed me in public. I may seek a legal resolution and will be reporting to the AGs office, state medical board etc. This was outrageous and wrong
