Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I would NEVER go to The Alley again after the way I was treated. I also have pictures of my messed up knee, chin, and palm.

Saturday 08/25/18 was fun except for the part where two different men harassed me. I told security but they did nothing. Then not only did I slip on someone's spilled drink but it happened TWICE. Security and management blamed me for being "intoxicated" when they have laminate floors in a BAR! The second time I slipped a girl dropped her glass and there was liquid and glass shards on the dance floor. I asked for a first aid kit to the manager and a security guard and it took them 15 minutes to bring it to me and they only had small bandaids and alcohol swabs.. I scraped my palm, bruised my chin, and now my knee looks infected. Management and security were rude as hell. They treated me like a one of THOSE drunk girls. The only good thing about this place is the live music. But I would NEVER go to The Alley again after the way I was treated. I also have pictures of my messed up knee, chin, and palm.
