I called allied cab to have a cab set up for 12:45 and when I looked there was no one there at the desired time

I called allied cab to have a cab set up for 12:45 and when I looked there was no one there at the desired time nor was there a phone call or a hunk of a horn and when I called back the guy said he was there for 10 minutes so he left but it wasn't even 10 minutes after @12:45. I proceeded to ask for cooperate number and the "owner" said I don't believe you my driver's don't do that and hung up. I proceeded to call back several times to get a number for corporate and a female worker picked up the phone very hostile. I attempted to explain to her her information was incorrect and I was called profanity and told never to call this number again and was hung up on. I called again asking for corporate number and got hung up on.
