BCA's Summary and Analysis:
Complaints allege non-delivery of ordered wheels and tire packages or delays in delivering customer orders. Other complaints allege merchandise is defective or damaged upon delivery or orders were incomplete. Complaints also allege the company refuses to send replacements, delivered used items when the customer was informed products were new, and difficulty obtaining refunds. Most complaints allege dissatisfaction with customer service and in some cases indicate company representatives or higher management used profanity and abusive language when dealing with customers. The company generally responds to complaints by delivering items, issuing refunds, in some cases minus a 35% restocking fee, and sending replacements. Generally, the company denies allegations that poor customer service was provided. The company responds to some complaints regarding receipt of used products by indicating that the customers had knowledge of and signed documents stating they are aware that items are used.
