Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Carowinds does not allow small children to ride certain rides, and children are regularly measured to meet height requirements.

Altitude in Gastonia is not doing anything to prevent small children from jumping in areas designated for older children. Severe injury and death can occur from children jumping on trampolines with others 5 times their weight. Require employees monitoring the older children's area to ask small children and their parents to leave areas designated for older children. There is no reason Altitude could not implement similar ways to enforce this.
