Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. No Diversity in staff

Altura Credit Unions seems to be a good banking business. The problem that I have with it is that its staff all seem to be Latino! There is no racial diversity, a representation of the community! I visited two in one day and all of the staff at both were Latino! This is very important to me and others that I have spoken with in the community!
