Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Bad business

Ordered a trial of 2 of their products for 4.95 ea. They charged my bank account $190.00 the following month.. They would not do anything about refunding my money. I actually had to close the credit card so they could not keep charging me. Got BCA involved Alucia sent a letter back to me 100 percent satisfaction and wanted my address so they could send me the check.I sent my address Bca forwarded it to Alucia cream. They never responded back. Very bad business i urge anyone that reads this to think twice they would rob you blind. I know being disabled on a fixed income telling the family they were not getting anything from me at Christmas was one of the hardest things i had to do and will never forget it
