Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Several complainants report they left numerous phone messages, or attempted to cancel memberships via email and never received a response. One customer closed his checking account to prevent further debits and received a notice informing him of the penalties of not paying. A few complainants allege discounts are not provided or honored by local doctors or dentists; therefore, the card is of no value to them. One complainant notified the Bureau the company sent a notice claiming they were having computer problems and the cards should be received shortly. All other complaints remain unanswered.
