Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Problems Solved

I researched the company over the internet and was interested in products, services, fees and educational material. I was able to get my precious metals to the depository in Wilmington DE not far from where I live, through the custodian you utilize. I liked the level of communication my agent and the IRA department offered me during the transfer of my IRA funds. There was a problem with the transfer of my funds from my previous custodian to you as a result of their dreadful service and my agent was absolutely great in helping me find the misallocated funds. Thank You American Bullion.
