Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This is a typical abusive company

They ignore my calls and even willingness to work a resolution. They lack of experience handling corrective actions for their mistake. I did the research for them and provided them with info on how to fix my issue but they disided to ignore me thinking I would stop. They mistakingly reported my car as a total lose and they refuse to amend their mistake.
