I am trying to obtain my statements for 2020 until the card was closed and they are saying they can't get them for me. I am applying for home care services and I really need them. Resolution Sought Send me my account statements from 2020 until 2024.

A transaction was made on my card without my knowledge and consent in the amount of $680 it says Mia Aesthetic LLC and they refuse to give my money back. I also stayed at a hotel for 2 hours and they refuse to release my hold in the amount of $115. Resolution Sought Refund my money. So I can take my business elsewhere.

While we regret the consumer's dissatisfaction, our position on this matter has not changed. We must respectfully advise that American Express considers this matter closed. Correspondence received by this office regarding this matter will be filed but we will not respond.
