Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. "Experts"

I was a client of The Pittman Team. They were very disorganized, having to call 4 or 5 different "team members" to get an answer. I always had to call them to get any updated information about my mortgage. They always used being too busy with closings to call me. The only time someone from this "team" would call is to get my credit card information. If I had known how difficult it would be to work with them, I would have gone to a different company/bank. Bob repeatedly says he is great at what he does (arrogant much?), yet it took over 2 MONTHS to get my mortgage approved. My advice to them is, if you want to start making that money, you need to share your attention equally between starting new loans and closings. Good Luck Team Pittman, hope you can get your shit together.
