We suggest any returns be made by certified, return receipt requested, to document the return. Our review of the publication distributed by this company indicates the book suggests using a method called "Credit File Segregation," to set up a new credit file. Using this method to conceal negative credit ratings is considered illegal. This company has not registered it's offer in compliance with the California Credit Services Act. While it can be argued that the company merely sells a book and does not offer to clear credit, it is our understanding that any company advertising credit repair must register with the Attorney General and post a $100,000 bond. Even if registered, it is unlawful to collect fees before services are rendered. This company has been known to use the BBB name and logo. This company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. The address used by this company is a mail drop.
