Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This complaint is for Gutter tune up as advertised.

This complaint is for Gutter tune up as advertised. Spoke with Terisha the office support and scheduled this service for Oct 27. Advised Terisha that I had gutter guards and some had fallen off and that they would require to be put back. The cost was to be $250. Bryan arrived as scheduled and upon inspection said that he cannot put back the guards and he can only remove them to do the service. I spoke with Terisha who contradicted our verbal commitment and quoted a new up charge of $375 , claiming the guards are screwed in and that the service man goes on site to assess the situation. None of which was mentioned earlier. I have wasted time securing what I felt was legitimate and reliable service. This business does not belong in the BBB category and must be removed.
