I would like to have to this facility to be investigated of poor conditions, educated of customer service equality and legal conditions of facility

Our room was 155 and an non smoking room but room smelled like cigarettes. The refrigerator also smelled of mold and leaked very badly inside and out of the refrigerator. We made an report to the front office and informed them about the leak. The front desk clerk named Victoria, asked if we caused the leak? Very rudely and we informed her that we just opened the fridge and we didn't feel comfortable putting our food in cause it will leak on the food plus we didn't cause this cause we just opened the fridge and already leaking. We just thought to bring it to their attention and to either send maintenance or switch rooms. No one ever came and staff was combative about switch of rooms. Then the next day was accused of damaging and then stealing towels and tried to charge 25.00 for imagined stolen towels. We educated to them that there was no towels in room from the beginning and the towels they were accusing of damaged towels was ours to begin with we just wanted them washed. Front desk, management, head staff of cleaning very racist, rude, combative and harassing. Staff gossips about tenants to other tenants or staff. Not all staff is bad but are afraid of losing employment or have unpleasant experience of work if have to stay. Only one maintenance staff member who has requested for more help and have seen owner deny because states cant afford the pay. Owner is combative, perverted towards women. Also drugs addicts sleep in the hot tub and all around facility. A lot of traffic.
