Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Worst Customer Service I've Ever Had

Sophia (Customer Relations) stated to me that the original generator could NOT be refunded only repaired since the company sent us a defective generator. cost to us $125.00 to have it scrapped in the dumpster. They sent us another one without our consent, after speaking to Sophia about safety issues with the first one we refused to accept another one. So it was returned. They should have never sent it, it was never requested that we wanted another one. It was discussed that since the first generator was in such poor un-repairable shape we in no way wanted another one. Why would anyone in their right mind choose another piece of junk such as that was! Only thing this company is after, is your money. Refuses to work with you!
