Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. scam

SCAM SCAM SCAM! IT'S ALL A BIG SCAM. NOTHING THEY SAY IS TRUE. GREEDY COMPANY THAT JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY. AND THEY PEDDLE THEIR SCAM THROUGH OTHER COMPANIES WHICH MAKES THOSE COMPANIES LOOK BAD BY ALLOWING AMERICAN SAVINGS PASS TO ADVERTISE OFF THEIR PRODUCTS. I REFUSE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE OR ANY COMPANY PROMOTING THEM. I PAID FOR THEIR SERVICE IN FEBRUARY AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO USE MY BENEFITS AFTER NMI RECEIVED MY PACKET AND CALLING THE 800 NUMBER. THEY SAID I HAD 30 DAYS TO SEE IF I LIKED THEIR PRODUCT BUT I NEVER GOT ANY OF THE BENEFITS AND THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $103.67 AFTER I CALLED AND CANCELLED THEM TWICE. BEFORE THE 30 DAYS WAS UP. TOTAL SCAM. THEY STILL REFUSE TO REFUNG MY INITIAL "29.95".
